Polyester yarn
Polyethylene terephthalate, commonly abbreviated PET, is the most common thermoplastic polymer resin of the polyester family and is used in fibres for clothing. PET was patented in 1941 by John Rex Whinfield, James Tennant Dickson and their employer the Calico Printers’ Association of Manchester, England. E. I. DuPont de Nemours in Delaware, USA, first used the trademark Mylar in June 1951 and received registration of it in 1952.
Filament Manufacturing
PET Partially Oriented Yarn, commonly known as PET POY is the primary form of PET yarn. It is also known as PET Pre-Oriented Yarn. It is the first form of yarn made directly by spinning PET Chips.PET POY is mainly used for manufacturing textured yarn. PET POY can be available in three luster: Dull, Semi Dull & Bright. Dope Dyed technology is used for making of colored POY

Texturizing
Drawn Textured Yarn (DTY) yarn is obtained when POY is simultaneously twisted & drawn. DTY yarn is mainly used in weaving & knitting of fabrics for making clothes, home furnishings, seat covers, bags and many other uses. DTY yarn can be in Dull, Semi Dull or Bright.
PET DTY yarn can also be obtained in various colors by the dope dyed technology or by conventional dyeing. Dope-dyed and package-dyed PET yarns are available in the following shades and deniers. Custom-made yarn is possible with the coordination of the production sector.
PET melange yarn
Melange yarn is a blend of different colored fibers to develop various shades in the yarn. Different in ratio of fibers in the blend alters the uniqueness of final melange yarn.
